A universal machine for tinning all TH, SMT and QFP components. Stations include a recirculating fluxing station, a hot air preheating station, 2 solder pots, wash and drying stations. Optional JEDEC tray is available.

LTS200
An automated machine specifically intended for the lead tinning process whereby aged components can be refurnished in preparation for re-qualification to Hi-Rel standards.
LTS100
A benchtop version of the LTS200 featuring a central fluxing station, forced hot air preheating station and two dynamic (flowing flat wave) solder pots.
MLTS
A manual work station featuring 2 flowing solder pots and a fluxing station all operated via foot switch. The MLTS is a low cost alternative that provides superior tinning of all component types.
POTS & CONTROLS
Standard ACE solder pots can be purchased in stand-alone configuration for manual or custom applications. The controls can be made to your specifications in either a 19” rack mount or our discrete control box.
