• Foot pedals are used to activate the three stations, one at a time for hands free operation
• The solder pots only take about one hour to heat up to operational temperatures
• With the vacuum wand, the operator presents the components to the recirculating, cascading flux station
• The operator then has the option of either using a vertical wave or a flat dynamic wave to re-tin the components. Both waves are nitrogen inerted to produce less dross as well as to provide a smooth solder surface
